Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

1. 12-Month Hardware Replacement Warranty

Every AeroTech AU ultrasonic humidifier and GaN III charger is covered by a comprehensive 12-month Australian replacement warranty covering the 2.4MHz piezo transducer disc, OLED display module, and GaN power circuitry.

2. Pure-Water Operation Requirement

AeroTech ultrasonic humidifiers are engineered strictly for clean tap or distilled H2O. Damage caused by adding viscous botanical extracts or unauthorized chemical additives voids the acoustic disc warranty.
