• 30-Day DOA & Defective Hardware Guarantee: If your item arrives Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), damaged in transit, or develops a verified manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to an immediate free replacement unit or a 100% full refund including shipping costs.

• Applies across all 30 catalog SKUs: Tabletop & bedroom pure-water ultrasonic humidifiers, automotive cup-holder mist diffusers, ambient mist lamps, SAA-certified GaN III fast chargers, Qi2 magnetic stands, CNC USB-C hubs, and multi-room hardware kits.
• For hygiene and piezoelectric transducer integrity, change-of-mind returns on ultrasonic water humidifiers must have an unused water reservoir. Defective units are eligible for return or warranty replacement even after testing with clean tap or distilled water.

5. Refund Processing & Afterpay / Card Timeline

• Once your return parcel is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method in the settlement currency (USD $ or AUD $).
